3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, you are required to:

  • Be of a minimum age of 18 years
  • Provide accurate and full details
  • Remit the necessary deposit as listed in your booking confirmation
  • Adhere to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking occurs only after payment has been made and our confirmation has been communicated in writing. We hold the authority to refuse service at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

All charters are reliant on the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your requested dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are provided in £ and encompass applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to amendment without notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter required at the time of booking
  • Balance: To be paid 48 hours prior to the charter departure
  • Supplementary charges (if applicable): Payable on completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks. Electronic transactions are facilitated through secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
  • 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
  • Within 24 hours of departure: No refund will be issued

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should inclement weather conditions not allow for a safe departure, as determined by our captain, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter at no extra cost on the next possible date
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not an option

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case there's a mechanical issue with the assigned vessel, efforts to arrange an alternative will be made. If substitution is not possible, a full reimbursement will be given.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are expected to:

  • Comply with instructions from the crew
  • Use safety equipment as instructed
  • Inform of any medical conditions that may impact safety
  • Stay within authorized areas of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed aboard:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Excessive amounts of non-alcoholic beverages
  • Pets (except if pre-authorized)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers must act respectfully. We have the authority to end a charter prematurely with no refund if the behavior of any passenger compromises safety or interferes with the experience of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our liability to the charter fee paid. We are not accountable for:

  • Personal injury caused by passenger recklessness
  • The loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
  • Delays due to adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We maintain thorough insurance for our vessels and operations. Every passenger is accountable for their travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By taking part in our charter services, you agree to the inherent risks associated with marine activities and accept personal responsibility for your safety and risks.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Route, schedule, or itinerary changes may be made at our discretion due to weather, safety concerns, or operational necessities. Comparable experiences will be provided wherever possible.

9. Force Majeure

We are exempt from any liability for modifications, cancellations, or delays caused by events out of our control, including:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Governmental edicts
  • Port shutdowns
  • Mechanical breakdowns
